We sincerely apologize for not updating the site for quite a few days. On my behalf, I have been so majorly busy because of this party I am having for my son and I. So first I have to Happy Birthday to my son (ok so it was yesterday but I didn't have time to go online!) and my birthday is next Tuesday. (Gettin' old!) Anyways, I have been so extremely busy this entire week. But after tomorrow, I should be back on schedule. We really are sorry! But the good news is, Erik's birthday is on Monday so of course we will be honoring him by revolving certain sections around him for the next week. I will try to start on that tonight or tomorrow but if not then next week for sure! So again, we hope we haven't upset anyone for the lack of updates but sometimes, other things come up and we have to take care of other business. Thanks for your understanding! And, we hope you all like their new single. Although it may not be released as a single on CD for the public to buy, you can catch it on the radio! I would like to inform everyone that the O-TFP fan club is changing. We were very successful in the begining but lately, the number of members joining is at a dissapointing low. I know I haven't been the best at keeping it up. But that is why I am changing it a little. Starting Spetember 17, there are new 'rules' and benefits. Sometimes I take long to send out stuff because my personal life is so full of things which causes me to become busy and lazy, lol. So I am simplifying the contents of the package so that I have more free time to work on it. All current members will still receive the newsletters (look for a new one this week!), and the monthly drawings are still going on but the prize will always be the same...CD of the winner's choice only. New members will have also receive the newsletters by email but will not receive a membership card. (your receipt will replace the membership card.) Applications received by October 1st will still receive the real membership card that I have made. I apologize for any inconvenience but these changes will make for a faster running and smoother running fan club. And PLEASE join! It's only $5 and all proceeds go to paying for this website. We use so much bandwidth per month and we just need a little help in paying for it otherwise the site will be frozen for several days or even be shut down! This is the honest truth. The last couple of days have been crunch time here at the O-Town Fan Page with the contest we ran which ended last night. Because we have received hundreds and hundreds of entries, reading them has become a big task in itself. So we don't have the top 10 ready yet. We are sorry for the inconvenience but the amount of entries was a little overwhelming and is taking longer to choose a winner than we had expected. So many great entries and we can only choose 10! Just a reminder...we have a huge section called CLASSIFIEDS that would interest a lot of you. It is one of our "lost" sections but it contains a whole lot! Need help with finding something O-Town related? Need a website partner? Got pictures to trade or sell? Post your ad there and people can respond to you by email! I also added a new project to our "promote" section under petitions. That section is for petitions plus any projects like fan books, etc. So go check out Liz's project HERE.
Oh and there is a thing going around saying Jacob and Janie ARE getting married this October. It was supposedly said by him while in Germany. If that is the truth then good luck to them. We really don't like to discuss their women on the site but we support his decision 100% if it makes him happy!

It's that time of the year again! It's summertime but a lot of retail outlets are already beginning to sell tons of new school supplies. Ashley (otowngirlie05) says Walmart is selling O-Town folders again but now they have individual ones as well! They are only around 75 cents each. And we have also heard that some other places are selling O-Town pencils and pens. So stock up on your O-Town school supplies and be ready for the upcoming school year. Last year, Sam Goody music stores sold a school supply packet full of O-Town stuff but we have yet to see or hear anything about it this year. We will keep you posted!

And lately there has been a party in my family left and right so I am all partied out and need a little rest! Hey guys! You all haven't heard from me in awhile and that is because as I am typing this I am on vacation and should be home in a couple of days. I was in Cali for about a week and I stopped in El Cajon (Jacob's hometown) pretty exciting, eh?! I absolutely love San Diego and totally understand why Jacob would never want to leave it! I also got a chance to stop in Rancho Cucamonga (Trev's hometown)and grab lunch, but no site of Trev, Jacob or their family members. Anywho on to more important things....I got some news on Mike Cronin (O-Town's manager) thanks to Cesca who owns "The Mike Cronin Club" he e-mailed her stating the following:
"What's up everyone, just wanted to say hello and thank you for all
the support you've giving me and have giving Rich with his new
project. Most of all I love all the rumors. So yes I bought a
house, I have no fiance, and regarding the whole O-town nonsense, I
left Mike Morin and Actual. He and I had a falling out. But that is
about it. I hope to see some of you at some of the up coming shows.
Anyone in Florida... I'll be at the show tomorrow 7/3 in Orlando so come

Here is an update from the street team regarding TV dates and other misc events:
* Ashley, Dan, Erik, Jacob, & Trevor will perform on "Good Morning America" as part of their Summer Concert Series on July 26th.
* The guys will be featured on over 3 million Frosted Cheerios boxes this August/September.
* O-Town's 30-minute Nickelodeon In-Concert Special will air on August 18th.
* The guys will be Presenters at the Teen Choice Awards on August 19th (airing on Fox).
* In September, O-Town are scheduled to perform on Nickelodeon's "All That" (once a confirmation of airdate is available, we'll post it right here in the newsletter).
* In October, the guys are scheduled to appear on "The View" and "Regis & Kelly." Once dates are confirmed, we'll let ya know.
We would also like to extend our support to Destination O-Town. It seems their site will be cloing due to the lack of time (not dedication) the owner and other team members have. They have other ventures in their lives that they must explore and we wish them and their entire team all the best! Cy has really accomplished a lot and we thank her and her team for starting DOT and keeping it up as long as they did. Erika here. :) Last night O-Town was near my hometown and I didn't go! :( Why not? Because I was trying to stalk Joey McIntyre and although I have had luck meeting him in the past, last night was a FLOP! But I must get over it. But he does put on an AWESOME show and he is very comedic. So if you are a fan of his, please check him out on tour!!!! He is on tour with his best friend, Eman, and it is a acoustic set with just the 2 of them and they do songs from both of Joey's solo CD's, songs from Eman's CD, some New Kids On The Block songs, and a bunch of cover tunes! ANYWAYS, back to our O-Town boys. I will be catching them next week in Illinois so hope to see some of you on the 19th! Last weekend was the O-Town Fan Conference and although we couldn't make it, we hope everyone who attended had a good time. Thanks to Loving O-Town (site I found this on) and Char from Destination O-Town (person who reported the info) for this info about the awards portion of the conference:

Hey everyone! I just finished school, woo hoo! This means a lot more time to work on the site and finally get some updating in! Just a few things for today though. First, check out the July issue of POPSTAR, our boys are on the cover and it is the best one yet! Plus every guy gets an awesome pinup and the article is great! Also, I'm trying to compile all the lyrics of the guys' five new songs that they're singing on their O2 Sneak Preview Tour. Songs are American Game, Over Easy, I Showed Her, Death Wish, and From the Damage. Please, if you know some of these lyrics send them to playlife99@aol.com ONLY SEND THEM TO THIS ADDRESS so our mailbox doesn't get flooded, plus that way I'll get them faster. Once I get them all compiled I can post them for everyone to read. Also, for those of you who don't know, I managed to get the songs recorded at their concert! So I figured since there are a bunch of people out there who didn't get to see them (and even those who did probably want to be able to here those songs again) I'm making cassette tapes that have all five new songs. A fan named Erica (OTowNaMrCnGaMe) sent us a 50 second WAV of "I Showed Her" and it is pretty good. I would love for you guys to hear it but I won't have time to send it out individually. (Off topic...)Do you guys remember Jackie Salvucci? If not, let me refresh your memory. Jackie auditioned for O-Town and was featured in the first few episodes of Making the Band because he was one of the 25 finalists. After the dissapointment of not making it into the next round, Jackie continued to do his own thing. Then over a year later, he auditioned for Popstars 2 and also made it very far as he was one of the 15 finalists. Unfortunately, he did not make the cut. But Jackie is nonetheless a very talented person. Well, if you ever were a fan of his, the good news is that he has joined a new group! The group is based out of Chicago, Illinois and is called VI3. They have been featured in Popstar magazine and have a hit called "Go Get Her" which gets mad air play in Chicago and in Milwaukee. Jackie is replacing a member but joins the group with 2 other awesome guys named Lucas and Justin. Justin coincidentally was also a top 25 finalist for O-Town! So even though they didn't make it into O-Town, they will hopefully take this group international as they have been very successful in Chicago. They are also scheduled to open up for O-Town in Illinois although that can change at anytime and there is no word at this time if they will be appearing at any other O-Town shows this summer. I found a little paragraph on O-Town at eonline.com about their 2nd album and this is what it read:
O brother, not another album! It's bad enough that the band formed just to fill the network time slot following Sabrina the Teenage Witch. But at least that show has a talking cat! The O-boys further try our patience with songs like "I Showed Her"--which is not about exhibitionism--and by hiring rapper Nelly to guest on "Favorite Girl," just because 'N Sync did it with, er, "Girlfriend.
What nonsense is that?! I also came across an ebay auction (thanks to 'All For Jacob') that's crazy! You gotta check it out, Ashley's red Eclipse that many of you have seen on Making the Band is up for auction! The car doesn't only belong to Ashley it is also Shelli's as well! Go check it out here and if you have a few thousand lying around feel free to put in a bid if your over 18 years of age!

"I Showed Her", the first single, has a tentative release date of June 3rd. There is also rumors of Busta Rhymes being featured on their album but nothing is confirmed as of yet. My computer is still down but I am using my really old computer in the time being. So I did what I could considering how SLOW this computer is!! But I'll continue to do what I can. Anyways, the other girls made enough updates last Saturday to keep you busy for awhile! LOL. O-Town hits the road in just 2 days! Will you be catching them this summer? Unfortunately, one of the shows has already been postponed. Christina (otownstarz1029) says that on www.tickets.com, it shows the 5/18 show in Manchester, NH as being postponed. The O-Town Fan Page has a reputation of always updating and giving the fans the latest news, great interactive stuff, etc. But lately our time has been very scarce to work on the site. Just as I moved into my new home last weekend, I turned on the computer Monday night only to find out that it crashed. I am making this post from work and I am not even allowed to be online here. I was told that my home computer will be fixed shortly but may take a few days. Please do not give up on our site or lose hope. We will be in the swing of things ASAP. I for one miss the site so much but have been able to do much while I was moving. Now I can't even turn on my computer at home. Please bare with us as you all know we would not just ignore the site without good reason. We hope you stick around to see that we will be working on it more very soon. These are not "excuses". Those of you who have supported us from day one know we all have good reason for not updating. We will make it up to you. We thank you for your understanding.

Oh my goodness...I know I haven't updated in like forever! But I did mention that I was packing/moving within the last week or so plus my new phone line was not connected until today. OMG....Thank you guys so much for supporting our site once again! We won 3 new awards on April 25th in the 'Angel Awards' for best website, best design, and most improved site. We thank you all so much, you the fans are the ones that make this site the best!
If any of you are going to any of the 3 O-Town concerts in Illinois in June 'Vi3' along with Rich Cronin will be opening for O-Town. Vi3 consists of 3 guys from Chicago who have performed with Mariah Carey, Backstreet Boys, and others. One of the members Justin was one of the '25' on Making The Band during the first season and he is extremely nice and talented along with the other two Lucas and Stevie. If you live in Illinois or not these shows are gonna be off the hook!
We got some info from 'All For Jacob' about Jacob and Janie and are sure most of you would like to hear this news! "A VERY reliable source has told All For Jacob that Janie and Jacob are still VERY MUCH together and plan on marrying in October." Even if they say it was from a reliable source I still don't really believe it. With O-Town's second album coming out as late as August the guys will still be busy promoting this cd and touring if not in the U.S. deffinantly in Europe, Canada or wherever. We don't see any time for marriage soon but sometime in the later future. So believe what you want but the truth wont come until you hear Jacob say this for himself.
