Based on the rumors that were circulating and the many questions posed by fans following Ashley's announcement of his solo debut album, Inside O-Town asked Ashley to get a statement from all 5 guys to give to the fans about the future of O-Town and what each of them are doing now. Dear O-TOWN Fans,
We realize there have been several different rumors circulating about the group and we would like to tell you ourselves exactly where we stand. O-TOWN will always be the greatest blessing any one of us could have ever wished for ... unfortunately, however, we had to sign several contracts that were not in our best interests. We wanted you to know that our decision not to continue forward as O-TOWN was mutual and we all still remain best friends ... that will never change. Here is an update on each one of us:
Jacob has finished building his home in San Diego where he recently served as an honorary fire fighter to protect his neighborhood from the California fires. Thankfully, he and his family are safe. He continues his study of the Bible to regain focus and direction and he is learning more everyday. Dan is living in Orlando where he has been writing and producing a lot of material out of his home studio. He will keep you posted on his plans for upcoming projects. Trevor lives in Southern California where he continues to study acting, professionally. He is currently auditioning for both film and television and can be found on local golf courses everywhere. Ashley resides in Los Angeles where he is currently writing and recording material for a solo album. Shortly, he will be launching his own website where you can find out much more information about this and ask him any questions you might have. As always Erik-Michael is all over the country on any given day. He has constantly been surrounding himself in a work environment. He continues to write incredible songs and has been approached by different companies regarding a solo project. Erik has also been given the opportunity to explore his acting talents and has become quite ambitious about that! He has mentioned the possibility of his own website so keep tuned to Inside O-Town for that link.
We hope this update has answered some of your questions concerning the group. As you know, we truly appreciate all the support of our fans. Talk to you soon!

ASHLEY NEWS
At Ashley's request, the IO Crew is collaborating with Ashley on his new website and will be instrumental in keeping the site updated! A creative meeting between the IO Crew, Ashley and Tiffany was held at Ashley and Tiffany's home in Los Angeles on November 5, 2003. At the end of the meeting, Ashley offered to pose for some photos and asked to send a video message to the fans. The IO Crew was happy to oblige and is pleased to be able to bring you photos of Ashley and Tiffany at home and Ashley's latest video message to the fans! Ashley and Tiffany have a lovely home in Los Angeles, where they live with their two cats, Peanut and Harmony. We thank them for their hospitality and for always wanting to give new information, photographs and videos to the fans! The IO Crew is very much looking forward to helping with Ashley's website, which is a very exciting new project for us and for Ashley! We'll keep you all posted as this project progresses!

SIGHTINGS
Ashley has just told the fans that he is hard at work on a solo album and a new website!
He is looking forward to launching both in the near future. As far as we know,
Ash has not signed with a new label yet, but as soon as we have any new information
and a link to the website, we will pass that information along to you! Ashley
and his girlfriend, Tiffany, have recently posted on the Inside
O-Town message board and have agreed to answer fans' questions as time permits.
We can't wait to hear the new album! Hopefully we will have some new photographs
and video of Ashley for you all next week.
Dan
has settled into a home in Orlando, is doing well and is working hard. He misses
performing and we all hope it won't be long before he's doing just that again.
Trevor and Dan will be doing the NBA Celebrity Slam in Atlanta on 11/1.
We understand that Trevor is doing auditions in the Los Angeles area.
Trevor also plans to play in Hollywood
Knights basketball games as his schedule permits. A member of our message
board posted about her friend's encounter with Trevor in the Long Beach area
during a California State Long Beach event on 10/17.
Sources close to Erik-Michael tell us that he is well and very busy!
He is in New York for a week to write and work on some new material in the studio.
Then he will return to L.A. and might be there until Christmas time, if not
longer. Before that, Erik-Michael was staying for a short while in the L.A.
area, combining business and pleasure. Lizzie posted about her encounter with
Erik at Disneyland on the Priates of the Caribbean ride during the last weekend
in September. Wireimage photographers captured pics of Erik during the red
carpet arrivals at the grand opening of Avalon
Hollywood on 10/3 and at his
birthday party, celebrated on October 8th at the CineSpace
on Hollywood Boulevard featuring a Five
Four Clothing and Felina Lingerie
fashion show.
Although we have no reports on Jacob, we assume that he is enjoying life
in the San Diego area with his wife Janie and his “daughter” Abby.
Perhaps he is keeping himself busy with whatever commitments he may have to

development in the entertainment business can take a while. We will just have
to do our best to be patient. We hope that fans will continue to hold all of
the guys in their thoughts and prayers.

Southern California Fire Updates
(October 27, 2003) Many residents in Southern California have been forced
to evacuate their homes due to wildfires. O-Town fans were concerned about
Trevor, Jacob and their families. Doris has advised that the Penicks and their
home are safe and many miles from the fire. We have been informed by a source
close to Jacob that while fire surrounded the Underwood compound in El Cajon
and there was some damage to trees on the property, the structures are untouched
and the Underwood family is safe. Please keep everyone in Southern California
in your prayers.

TOUR AND APPEARANCE
The current political and economic situation is affecting the concert
tour industry. Key decision makers are taking a conservative position
and delaying firm commitments until they can see more stable and
predictable conditions. Therefore, O-Town's US and Canadian Tour is
probably more likely to launch sometime between mid April and mid May.
Additional appearances are in the planning stages and should be
confirmed shortly. O-Town may appear in early March on a daytime TV
show that is taped in Los Angeles. An appearance at Six Flags Great
Adventure in New Jersey in April should be announced soon. We look
forward to the announcement of a radio show concert in Fort Myers,
Florida in late May. Additional details should be announced in the
near future about O-Town's appearance at the Honky Tonk Tailgate
Party with Def Leppard on June 12th at the Nationwide Arena in
Columbus, Ohio.
Finally, O-Town will be appearing at a number of events during the
2003 American Power Boat Association http://www.apba-
offshore.com/news.cfm?ID=341&Action=view offshore season in
conjunction with an agreement O-Town signed with Donzi Marine where O-
Town's name will appear on a 38-foot Donzi Factory II class boat
entered in the races. Additional details will be announced shortly.
The season begins April 11th in Daytona Beach, Florida.

- Trevor, Erik and Dan to Play in the NBA Celebrity Shootout on February 16
Actual Management announced today that Trevor, Erik and Dan will be playing in the Third Annual NBA Celebrity Shootout in Phoenix, Arizona at the America West Arena on February 16th at 1:30 p.m. All seats are $5 general admission and are available now through Ticketmaster and at the arena box office. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. The event benefits the Suns Nite Hoops, a program providing troubled teenagers with organized basketball, including pre-game workshops, case management, and job opportunities, as an alternative to drugs, gangs, and violence.

With the long awaited update to the official BMG Canada site, click2music.ca/otown/index.jsp, Canadian fans get a special treat in the form of lots of performance and video clips, as well as the new video for "These Are The Days" and a track listing for O2 which will soon feature audio clips. The site also mentions a bonus limited edition DVD which is available with the early purchase of the new CD and features an exclusive video interview, a live video performance of “From The Damage” and the “These Are The Days” video.
In the Multimedia Vault (in the Multimedia section), you can watch the guys receiving their gold and platinum records in Toronto, performance clips of "All For Love" and "Take Me Under" from the Molson Amphitheatre show in July, 2001, interviews with Click To Music (all) and KISS 92 (Ashley) and some backstage fun with the group in Detroit.br>
In the Biography section, the guys talk about writing for O2 and their vision for the record. "We were in California, waking up with the sun in our eyes, walking along the beach, and we came to the conclusion that we had to do something fresh, raw, and organic," said Erik. Utilizing the five-part harmonies that are the group’s natural talent while adding in a guitar-driven feel, a new sound emerged during impromptu jam sessions at their beachfront home. "We were able to take the rock feel and put beats underneath and come up with a real, live, raw sound that is uniquely O-Town," said Trevor. Dan believes the new album is the perfect reflection of O-Town fully coming into its own. "O2 is about being happy to be in a position where you can be yourself and not have to play anybody else’s game to get what you want. You can do everything your own way," he said.

We are on a roll here with our STREET TEAM LOVE LETTERS, huh?? So last night we all get home from a long day of vocal practice with our vocal coach DOC HOLIDAY (you remember him from MTB) and we just start chillin' out.....every once in awhile a trick or treater would stop by and well....apparently ERIK forgot it was HALLOWEEN and started to think that a lot of fans were stopping by!!!...A LOT MORE THAN USUAL!!!! When he realized that he had forgot it was HALLOWEEN we were all laughing because of how much we lose track of time......SERIOUSLY!!!
Today we are working out the choreography on track number 8 of the album titled "THE JOINT" that ERIK wrote....it is a southern rock/hip- hop up-tempo dance track if you can imagine that but you will HEAR IT NEXT WEEK ON THE PREVIEW TOUR-
We have been eating SUBWAY sandwiches about 3 times a day and we really need a home cooked meal right about now!!! Only 11 days to the album is out!!!
